  • APICIA 2016 Home Buying Fair. Targets Limited English Speaking Home Buyers First Time Home Buyers, Bi-lingual Home Buyers, Refinancing, Refugees & Immigrants
  • Excellent opportunity to interact with a large and diverse base of consumers
  • Goal to attract 200 attendees

How:
  • Trade Fair format with home buying educational workshops offered in English, Chinese, Vietnamese, Russian and others. Onsite bilingual interpreters
  • Exhibitors representing the housing industry, realty agencies, mortgage brokers, lending institutions, title, insurance, inspections, appraisal companies, public housing agencies and non-profit housing organizations providing a “One-Stop” home buying informational fair
  • No admission fee

  • Saturday, April 9, 2016, 10:00 AM. to 2:00 PM

Sponsor Packages:
  • Three levels to meet your organization's needs, all including exhibitor space.

APICIA will provide each organization:
  • Table and 2 chairs, Pastries & Coffee in the morning, Lunch tickets for 2 table representatives
  • Vendors are responsible for their own table cloth, marketing materials, identification badges and raffle prizes.

Terms & Conditions:
  • Deadline for major sponsors in registering and sending logo to APICIA is March 16, 2016 or sooner
  • Deadline for sending payments in for table registration is March 28, 2016
  • Payments are non-refundable if notice of withdrawal is received after April 4, 2016
